Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing high order volume, processing may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is any significant delay.

Order Tracking

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

  • If still not found, contact us and we will help open a case with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the package and product
    We will work to resolve the issue quickly.
